Frederick R. Bolton was a Detroit lawyer and educator who served as a Navy officer in both World Wars. He was an ensign in World War I and a commander in World War U. In 1940 Mr. Bolton was elected National Chief Justice of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. He served on the staff of the Detroit Board of Education in an administrative capacity.
